Shaft Appearance Inspection Device | Stable Inspection with a Small Number of People
DDSPR1000
An appearance inspection device that maintains stable inspection quality even during nighttime and with a small number of personnel, contributing to the reduction of inspection burden.
In manufacturing sites, there are often situations where inspections are conducted at night or with a small number of personnel, which can increase the burden of the inspection process. Inspections with limited staff may lead to increased work load and a higher risk of oversight. The DDSPR series utilizes image processing technology and optimal lighting to reliably detect scratches, dents, and dirt on shaft surfaces. By implementing it as a substitute or supplement to visual inspections, it is possible to establish a stable inspection system that does not rely on personnel. This contributes to: - Maintaining stable inspection quality even with a small number of staff - Reducing inspection burdens during night shifts or long hours of operation - Streamlining the inspection process ***************************************************** We can also take sample work for shooting trials. Please feel free to consult us about the work to be inspected. *****************************************************

Founded in December 1937 in Handa City, Aichi Prefecture, we began manufacturing hydraulic cylinders for industrial vehicles in 1956 and have continued to be loved by major industrial vehicle manufacturers. In January 2019, we announced an inspection device that made it possible to inspect scratches on glossy surfaces, which was previously considered impossible. Since then, we have received numerous inquiries from finished product manufacturers.
