This is an example of standardizing the sharing of delivery documents, user manuals, and maintenance materials with customers using "necfru MAM/DAM" in an industrial machinery manufacturer. The delivery of materials to customers was done via ZIP attachment with a separate password, making it difficult to send large files via email. Resending requests and version confirmations were dependent on the person in charge, and it was challenging to keep a record of the delivery history. Tags were designed based on equipment type, project, delivery destination, and version, with only the final version fixed in the MAM/DAM. Related materials were grouped for easier searching, and customers were limited to viewing by sharing URLs.
