[Use Case] necfru MAM/DAM Automotive Parts Manufacturer

Mitigating OneDrive storage pressure! A case of establishing a long-term storage infrastructure that only releases completed projects.

We would like to introduce a case where an automotive parts manufacturer established a long-term storage foundation for drawings, process charts, and submission materials accumulated in OneDrive using "necfru MAM/DAM." As past projects continued to increase in OneDrive, storage capacity became strained, and it became difficult to search due to the mixing of ongoing and completed projects. There was no ability to make deletion judgments, resulting in the continued presence of old materials, and there was also a lack of control over external sharing and BCP. The operation was set up so that ongoing projects remained on the work side, while completed projects were transferred to MAM/DAM, organized to allow tag searches by part number, process, year, and version.
