We would like to introduce a case study on the review of external sharing of approval drawings, specifications, and inspection images at an electronic component manufacturer using "necfru drive." It had become common practice to send ZIP attachments via email to subcontractors and customers, leading to concerns about sending different model numbers and versions, difficulties in sending large files, and challenges in retaining a history after sharing. After implementation, we organized a tag dictionary based on model numbers, customers, lots, and versions, and controlled download permissions primarily through URL sharing for external parties.
