We will introduce a case where a "VD-unit" was implemented in the drive motor of a wire saw, and a vibration diagnostic system was constructed in conjunction with a PLC. Thanks to the high detection capability of the "VD-unit," vibrations from the reciprocating motion of the wire are detected.
