This is a commercial dried beet product made from beets produced in Kyotango, Kyoto Prefecture. It is available in two types: diced and julienned. The low-temperature drying process enhances the natural sweetness and reduces the earthy flavor, eliminating the need for pre-processing. The soaking liquid contains betacyanin, which can be used for coloring and as a nutritional ingredient. The powder processing expands its applications to bread, sweets, soups, and more. No glucose is used. We also flexibly accommodate OEM manufacturing, starting from a minimum lot of 10 bags (100g).
