Currently, with the CIP, "residual cleaning" is occurring, leading to issues such as "re-cleaning," "increasing the amount of detergent," and "decomposition cleaning." We propose to enhance the current CIP by utilizing the ability of fine bubbles generated by a fine mixer to adsorb, destroy, and decompose dirt. Furthermore, as the cleaning power increases, it becomes possible to reduce the amount of chemicals used during pipeline cleaning (CIP cleaning), thereby lowering the cost of chemical purchases. With a decrease in the amount of chemicals used, the volume of chemicals flowing into the wastewater is also expected to decrease, reducing the burden on wastewater.
