The traditional Raman techniques find it difficult to: - Identify polymorphs - Detect co-crystals - Quantify crystallinity - Monitor phase changes The greatest feature is the ability to evaluate "structural information" in large quantities, automatically, and with high reproducibility using a well plate. ■ Fully automated measurement flow The process is automated from sample insertion to data generation, designed to ensure compliance with cGxP protocols. ■ High-sensitivity measurements in the low-frequency region using THz-Raman It captures Stokes/anti-Stokes from 800 to 2800 cm⁻¹, allowing for the detection of low-frequency peaks sensitive to polymorphs and phase changes. ■ Compatible with well plates (6 to 1536 wells) Designed to directly accommodate standard plate formats for high-throughput screening (HTS) applications. ■ Diverse scanning patterns - Single point - Spiral - Grid - Polar coordinates Various sampling patterns that enable spatial averaging are included (mapping within wells is also possible). ■ Polarizing microscope + live view It emphasizes crystalline areas with polarization, allowing for the separation of regions of interest and spectral comparison.
