This is a three-dimensional variable automatic packaging machine that automatically measures the three dimensions (length, width, height) of products and performs everything from processing cardboard cases optimized for product sizes to sealing and label application. Products placed on the conveyor have cases automatically generated based on size data, and the process consistently merges the product and case for sealing. It accommodates a wide range of product sizes from minimum to maximum, and can flexibly handle continuous processing of the same size as well as packaging operations where sizes change randomly. By automating the packaging process, it achieves increased efficiency, reduced labor, and optimized materials in packaging operations.
