Graduating from 'somehow feeling unwell.' Understand your stress and health through numbers.
In modern society, early detection of invisible stress and fatigue is the first step towards leading a healthy life. The band-aid type biosensor "Vitalgram2" measures electrocardiograms and heart rate variability in real-time, visualizing the activity level of the autonomic nervous system and tension states. By accumulating data during rest and sleep, it allows for an objective understanding of changes in physical condition that are often hard to notice, aiding in stress relief and early disease detection. A patch-type device that can be measured anytime and anywhere strongly supports your self-health check. *For details on the algorithm that visualizes stress indicators, please refer to this document.

AffordSense Inc. is a university venture established in November 2013 to deliver the research outcomes of the "Research and Development of Band-Aid Type Biosensors" project, initiated by Professor Kazuhisa Maenaka of the Graduate School of Engineering at Hyogo Prefectural University, as part of the Strategic Creative Research Promotion Project (ERATO). We aim not only to commercialize research results but also to further challenge human sensing, advancing research and development to contribute to areas such as health management, early detection and prevention of diseases, and hazard prediction for the human body.
