Proposal for shape modification to fit the budget! Case study of the production of an octagonal box for Kuidaore Taro's drum grill.
We would like to introduce a case of producing the Kuidaore Taro Taiko Yaki box for Matsueibijutsu Printing Co., Ltd., which sells printed materials and packaging supplies in Osaka City. Initially, we estimated a flat roll paper tube type, but since the price did not fit within the budget, we proposed an octagonal lid-and-body box. We carefully listened to the customer's requests and shaped the ideal package. The sample octagonal box had a jigoku (heaven and hell) bottom, so we sent a box with an added bottom pad for strength. This packaging is still used as the Kuidaore Taro Taiko Yaki box.
