Pinch Guard - Laser Contact Alarm Device
Prevent accidents caused by contact or entrapment between tunnel inspection vehicles, aerial work platforms, vertical lifts, and superstructures!! Laser sensors mounted on the buckets of aerial work platforms measure the distance to the ceiling and wirelessly send data to a warning light. ● Uses fine laser beams, providing a longer detection range and fewer false activations compared to ultrasonic methods. ● When the distance falls below the set threshold, the warning light alerts with sound and light. ● The warning light and sensor are magnetically mounted, allowing for easy installation in locations with lift switches, such as inside the cabin or basket. **Laser Detection Range** 0.1m to a maximum of 10m Settings for caution distance/hazard distance are possible. Based on information from the sensor, it warns with different sounds and lights according to the set distance. Safety distance: Warning light is off. Caution distance: Warning light flashes blue + intermittent warning sound. Hazard distance: Warning light flashes red + intense warning sound.
