Fully automatic polishing machine that can use Φ200 consumables. It can be installed in a space of 1500mm x 1500mm (consultation required for the position of the distribution board). With a nearly fully clear appearance, it is easy to monitor the polishing condition. The replacement of consumables, such as tubes that are common with polishing machines, is also easy. Although the polishing head has only one head, resulting in a not-so-fast takt time, this device meets the demand for automation even with a relatively low polishing volume.
