A simple optical system configuration is possible without the need for an external modulator!
The "MODEL WSZ-01" is a wavelength-stabilized laser device that utilizes the Zeeman effect caused by a transverse magnetic field of a 632.8mm He-Ne laser, and it is widely used as a light source for optical heterodyne measurements. Approximately 30 minutes after power-on, the auto-lock operation is completed, stabilizing the wavelength near the center of the emission spectrum, and the beat frequency is also stabilized. With a simple optical system configuration, optical heterodyne measurements are possible, and the frequency difference (beat frequency) between the orthogonal linear polarizations is in the range of several hundred kHz. 【Features】 - Although it oscillates in a single longitudinal mode, the laser light is separated into two orthogonal linear polarizations (π transition and σ transition) with slightly different frequencies, eliminating the need for an external modulator. - The frequency difference (beat frequency) between the orthogonal linear polarizations is in the range of several hundred kHz. - Approximately 30 minutes after power-on, the auto-lock operation is completed, stabilizing the wavelength near the center of the emission spectrum, and the beat frequency is also stabilized. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
