We would like to introduce a case where we supported the development, implementation, and operational start of a system for the N Association, a public interest incorporated association. The association faced challenges in creating a Request for Proposal (RFP) for procuring an information system and did not know the criteria for selecting a vendor. In response, our company created an RFP based on the business flow and business improvement proposals we developed.
