[Case Study: Hell Bottom (Bottom Assembly) Box (2)] This is a request from a men's boxer shorts manufacturer. We planned and developed stylish innerwear for men with functional design. The request was to use a "novel and stylish" package design to differentiate from competitors. It was mentioned that they would decide on one of three companies based on a comprehensive perspective that included our proposal. It was a very challenging request, but after several hearings, we were able to derive the final direction. As for the direction of the package: - Visibility of the contents - Triangular image - A structure not seen elsewhere This was merely the direction of our proposal, and I believe other companies had different suggestions. Our proposal included: - A combination of paper and PET materials - Surface processing of the paper to reproduce the image color of the black pants design - A matte finish to evoke the tactile sensation of fabric - Using silver foil for decoration to create a sense of luxury due to the all-black material - Realizing the triangular image through the combination of paper and PET As a result of this proposal, our suggestion was adopted.

**Case Study: Bottom One-Touch Box (2)** This is a case where a customer focused on commercial products requested our company to achieve both short delivery times and cost efficiency while expanding into consumer products. The main reason this company, which had previously worked with multiple packaging companies, chose us was our **"overwhelming sense of speed."** The following specific examples were particularly well-received. Incredible sample creation: When comparing about three companies, including ours, we achieved an unmatched speed where samples arrived the day after the prototype request. Integrated production system: In an industry where collaboration with external partners is common, our established in-house production system directly contributed to reduced lead times and provided a sense of security. Trust-building information dissemination: Our approach of sharing technical insights on our blog fostered a sense of trust as professionals, alleviating quality concerns before placing orders. Ultimately, by flexibly responding to cost discussions while meeting strict delivery requirements, we achieved a high level of satisfaction, resulting in the desire to "request again." This case has proven that we are the optimal partner for companies looking to quickly bring ideas to life and smoothly advance projects.

Case Study: Lid and Body Assembly Box (1) We received an order for the original packaging of souvenir canelés. In response to the pursuit of a luxurious feel suitable for hotel branding, we addressed the request with the following examples. Thorough Pre-Research and On-Site Visit: After the inquiry, we promptly visited the site. Before the business meeting, we explored the surrounding area to deeply understand the brand image and proposed a prototype with a "wood grain" design that matched the hotel's atmosphere, gaining trust through preparations that exceeded customer expectations. Commitment to Texture and Sample Provision: In response to the request for a box that one would want to store as carefully as a jewelry case, we sent a variety of samples from the pre-order stage. We created an environment where the texture and gloss could be checked one by one, supporting the selection of satisfactory materials. Adaptation to SDGs Policy: Respecting the hotel's stated SDGs policy, we proposed and realized packaging that leveraged our strength in paperboard rather than plastic. With our extensive knowledge as professionals and flexible proposals, we transformed the customer's vague image into a concrete form, completing a package that received high satisfaction from the purchasing customers.

**Example: Sleeve Box (4)** This is a case created based on the customer's request to establish their own brand and create boxes for sales purposes. Previously, we created plastic containers based on requests from clients, but now they wanted to launch their own brand, create samples, and use them for promotion during sales. In discussing their intentions, we learned that they wanted to protect the plastic containers from damage while being transported by sales representatives, and they also wanted to smoothly transition to discussions that would showcase the appeal of the containers when taking them out. In response, we proposed the "drawer-style box" shown in the image. The minimal movement required to take out the container allowed for smooth business discussions, leading to an order. Since the plastic containers to be filled had a trapezoidal shape with different widths at the top and bottom, we incorporated a crease in the middle of the rise, as shown in the image, to accommodate machine application, which also met their budget, contributing to their satisfaction with this case. As such, we can flexibly respond even to shapes with different widths at the top and bottom.

Example: Box with Tamper-Proof Functionality / SS Pac (1) This is a case where we received an order for a custom package for toner from a customer (our valued client) in the cosmetics industry. The biggest challenge was surprisingly, "We want to address the issue that we have seen an increase in returns from customers (consumers) claiming 'I haven't used it' but it seems there are signs of use." The box with tamper-proof functionality (SS Pac) is designed so that if it is opened at any point during its journey to the customer (regardless of intent), it cannot be resealed, meaning that if it arrives unopened, it is clear that no one has opened it. This is to provide peace of mind to the customer (consumer). However, in this case, the approach was reversed; once the customer (consumer) opens it, it cannot be returned to its original state, making it difficult to claim 'I haven't used it' (strictly speaking, one cannot say 'the box hasn't been opened'). As a result, similar returns dramatically decreased. Although it turned out to be different from the original purpose, this reverse approach led to securing the order.

[Case Study: Box with Inner Partition (2)] This is a case where we received an order for a custom package for mascara containers from a customer who develops cosmetic products. The biggest challenge was to "ensure that the mascara itself does not move inside the box and is securely fixed." To address this issue while balancing design and functionality, we solved the problem through the following processes. Integrated proposal for "inner cushioning": We designed a dedicated inner cushion that firmly holds the product. The high evaluation of the white dummy (plain sample) presented during the initial meeting alleviated concerns about product protection. Special processing and regulatory support: In addition to visualizing the contents through "window cut processing," we carefully responded with samples of the window film and provided information from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry regarding legal obligations for plastic mark displays. We offered comprehensive support to alleviate concerns about the new specifications. Attention to detail in three-color printing: We adopted three-color printing, including white ink, achieving a sophisticated appearance characteristic of cosmetic brands. Ultimately, we delivered a "side-opening format (caramel box)" with an inner cushion. Our meticulous adjustments to reflect the customer's commitment to their product led to a highly satisfying package creation.

**Case Study: Other Shapes (1)** This is a case where a customer, who distributes amenities to over 3,000 hotels nationwide, chose our company as a partner to meet the request of their business partner to "create a meticulously crafted original box." In the high-end amenities that were unsatisfactory with overseas products or traditional bag packaging, the following points were key to the agreement: 1. **Careful Dialogue to Supplement Expertise:** By avoiding technical jargon and clearly presenting the "concerns" and "solutions," we ensured that even those without knowledge of boxes could understand the solutions. Our commitment to shaping ideals within budget fostered trust. 2. **Consumer Perspective Advice:** Rather than simply following instructions, we stood in the shoes of the guests who would actually use the amenities, proactively suggesting subtle points of caution and improvement. This overwhelming experience differentiated us from competitors. 3. **Multiple Proposal Patterns to Support Negotiations:** During the estimation and sample creation phases, we presented multiple options. This created a positive cycle that facilitated smooth negotiations between our customer and their business partner. In scenes where "luxury" is required, providing packaging that balances design, cost, and a sense of "reliability" led to the creation of highly satisfying packages.

**Case Study: Other Shapes (2)** This is a case where we received an order for custom boxes specifically for cookies from a customer who wholesales food items such as tea leaves to hotel cafes and bars. Initially, the consideration began with special shapes like "triangular" and "dome-shaped," but through repeated prototypes, we pursued both design and practicality, ultimately arriving at the **"Roof-shaped BOX."** Flexible prototyping and design changes: For dimension changes that arose during meetings, we created new drawings and cut samples each time. We pursued the ideal shape without compromise and carefully finalized the specifications over more than six months. Surface treatment to enhance luxury: In the final process, we applied "press coat processing" to the proof prints, confirming a glossy finish that ensured quality suitable for a luxury hotel. Response to complex printing: We adopted "New Pigeon 310g" material and achieved a meticulous color expression by adding a spot color (1C) to full-color (4C) offset UV printing. From the start of consultations in March to the official order in December, we persevered alongside the client. We delivered an elegant and substantial package based on a red theme, helping the client realize their "first-class service."
