Initially, during the preliminary contact and meeting, they expressed a preference for a four-corner glued box, but as we discussed the intended use, we determined that it would not meet their needs and proposed the W gluing option. We also created a dummy sample to confirm its resistance to oil leakage, which they found satisfactory. Of course, we selected paper that poses no issues with direct contact with food. Due to the unique nature of this project (serving within a course meal and immediate unboxing), no additional processing was done beyond this, but we can also accommodate treatments such as oil-resistant and water-resistant finishes, like Harbil processing or film lamination, to enhance durability for longer transportation and use.
