It is possible to crush and separate waste gypsum boards on-site into semi-hydrated gypsum.
Crushed and separated waste gypsum boards can be heated at over 120°C for a certain period, resulting in the production of hemihydrate gypsum through water and hydration reactions. If a generator is mounted on a 4-ton truck, processing can be done immediately. The produced hemihydrate gypsum can be stored by packing it into bulk bags. Hemihydrate gypsum becomes an excellent solidifying agent when mixed with lime, cement, etc. Solidifying agents can be produced and treated on-site. Technologies for addressing fluoride in gypsum and suppressing hydrogen sulfide generation have also been established. Consulting services for the recycling of waste gypsum boards into solidifying agents that immobilize fluoride and suppress hydrogen sulfide generation are available nationwide in Japan. Each project costs 525,000 yen (excluding consumption tax).

The industry's first mobile semi-hydrated gypsum board dehydration device. It can convert waste gypsum boards into semi-hydrated gypsum on-site while being moved. Solidification treatment for ground improvement and dredged soil processing is possible by using semi-hydrated gypsum alone or in combination with lime. Producing and using semi-hydrated gypsum as a solidifying agent significantly reduces solidifying agent costs. The key feature is that you can produce the solidifying agent at the site where solidification is needed. The processing capacity is 1 ton per hour, and due to its compact design, it can be mounted on a 4-ton truck along with a generator. No legal permission is required to purchase dihydrate gypsum and produce semi-hydrated gypsum on-site. As it is an electric heating type semi-hydrated gypsum conversion device, it can produce products with a high content of semi-hydrated gypsum. It is energy-efficient and has excellent thermal efficiency, with fuel costs per ton being less than about 1/4 of that of a rotary kiln.
