basic information
◆Development of a Simple Pressurized Dissolution Tank There have been requests for a whiter result, so we have created an experimental machine for a simple pressurized dissolution tank that utilizes only water pressure. With a water volume of 3/5 of a bathtub, the density increases to the point where the bottom is not visible, resulting in a whiter appearance. The concentration is nearly satisfactory. ◆Self-aspiration of Trace Amounts of Air When trace amounts of air are self-aspirated, the solution becomes slightly denser. If the amount of self-aspirated air is increased from this state, bubbles around 1mm in size are generated, causing the microbubbles to become thinner. The self-aspiration amount is controlled by a speed controller, but adjusting it is challenging. ◆Development of an Ideal Nozzle — Test of Nozzle No. 24 Among about 50 test nozzles, Nozzle No. 24 generates microbubbles the most effectively. The self-aspiration vacuum level of Nozzle No. 24 is not particularly high. ◆◇◆For more details, please request materials or contact us◆◇◆

Company information
Our main business is the design of specialized machine tools for processing automotive parts and similar items. We have been researching microbubbles since 2000. In 2006, we developed a loop flow microbubble generation nozzle. We applied for a patent, which was published in May 2008. Since spring 2008, we have been supplying a special type to a company that sells ozone microbubble shower devices. General sales began in 2009.
