It is highly durable, and it can be manufactured in any shape as long as it can be cast.
The Oriental cast heater is a heater that has undergone bending processing required for a sheath heater and is cast in materials with good thermal conductivity such as aluminum and brass. Compared to conventional mica heaters, it can achieve a watt density of about 4-6 w/cm², has a service temperature of 400 to 600 degrees, offers good heat distribution, is highly durable, and can be manufactured in any shape as long as it can be cast.

basic information
**Features** The Oriental cast-in heater is structurally robust and easy to handle, making it the optimal heater for applications requiring uniform heating of the heated surface, such as in various extrusion machines, molding machines, and other industrial processing machines. It does not allow for competition from others. The thermal efficiency is excellent due to the complete contact of the heat transfer surface achieved through mechanical processing and the strong tightening with bands and bolts. In the case of aluminum cast-in heaters, the watt density is set at 5 W/m², with a regular operating temperature below 400°C. However, for temperatures exceeding this, brass cast-in heaters can be manufactured to withstand approximately 600°C.
