Multi-species compatible tube filling machine
The tube is automatically supplied from the shoot to the holder (with magazine supply available as an option), and after filling with a servo-controlled filling device, positioning of the mark, hot air sealing, imprinting, and corner trimming are performed, with the finished product being automatically discharged. - Conditions for up to 30 types of products can be set. Settings can be changed according to the product number command, allowing for automatic changeover of most conditions. (Patent pending) - The filling section allows for quick changeover due to variety changes through servo control. Additionally, filling conditions can be stored, enabling response during reproduction by calling up the variety number. - Adjustment operations are performed via a touch panel, making it easy to adjust the filling conditions of the products. - A split-type jig (patent confirmed) and attachment exchange can accommodate small-batch, diverse products. - The material of the liquid contact parts can be made from SUS316 or SUS316L. (Standard is SUS304) - A wide hopper for the tube hopper is provided, making tube supply easy. Tube supply is performed by the operator. (Automatic supply is optional) - Intermittent feeding device for the holder: roller gear-type indexed drive (with torque limiter). The holder is made of resin to reduce weight.
