High-speed tube filling machine capable of producing up to 120 units per minute.

1) The tubes are automatically supplied in a double feed from the magazine-type hopper to the oval intermittent feed holder, where cleaning inside the tubes and positioning of the registration marks are performed. 2) After filling with a servo-controlled filling device, hot air sealing, imprinting, and corner trimming are carried out, and the finished products are automatically discharged. 3) It features servo control, supports multiple varieties, and allows for easy changeover.

1) The filling section can be quickly adjusted for different product types due to servo control. Additionally, the filling conditions can be saved, allowing for easy recall by product number during reuse. 2) Adjustment operations are performed via a touch panel, making it easy to adjust filling conditions for new products. 3) The dual configuration allows for high-speed production (settings can be adjusted between 120 to 80 units per minute), depending on the filling material and tube material. 4) By exchanging jigs and attachments, it can accommodate small-batch, diverse products. 5) The materials in contact with the liquid can be made from SUS316 or SUS316L (standard is SUS304).
