This enables sufficient high load and high torque functionality. 【Dustproof Design】 The standard end face sealing design features a complete sealing structure, providing effective dustproofing that extends product life and reduces lubricant consumption, ensuring long-lasting lubrication. Unique ball return circuit The ball return circuit consists of a sealed plastic frame and end caps. By simplifying the structure, it significantly reduces the contact surface between the ball and metal, achieving a low-noise operating environment. The built-in lubricant tank in the return circuit can extend the lubrication cycle.

High rigidity is achieved with a reinforcement steel plate. The design incorporates a reinforcement steel plate that covers the entire plastic end caps at both ends of the block. To enable faster running speeds, the block body is tightened with stainless steel screws to enhance the rigidity and sealing of the end caps. Additionally, the steel plate is designed with a gap between it and the rail, also serving the function of a scraper.
