A real-time dynamic interferometer that can eliminate or miniaturize the vibration isolation table essential for measurements with large-diameter and long-focus optical systems.
To perform ultra-high-speed interferometric measurements, the effects of vibrations and air turbulence are minimized, allowing for real-time wavefront measurement. Since the measurement uses the Twyman-Green interferometry method, a Fizeau surface of a similar size is not required even for large-diameter optical systems. By using a diverging lens, various extended measurements are possible.

A Twyman-Green interferometer with a mechanism that can simultaneously measure four phases instantaneously, eliminating the need for a vibration isolation table that was essential for measuring large optical systems. It enables stable and reliable measurements using a He-Ne laser. Excellent analysis software allows for Zernike, Seidel, and Fourier analysis, outputting in 2D/3D images. The data formats from Zygo and Wyko can be reused, making it possible to utilize past data.

Applications/Examples of results
It is exclusively used for measurements of the 8.4m large-diameter mirror for space observation and the next-generation Hubble telescope (JWST, 6m). It also has a proven track record in the development of space observation instruments within Japan. With various optical options (subject to consultation), it can accommodate measurements of optical equipment in various shapes.
