This is a dipping-type painting device designed for fine small parts. The painted items are set in a fixture basket and inserted into the device, after which they are automatically coated by immersion in the paint tank. The basket is immediately subjected to centrifugal dewatering, resulting in a good paint film formation.

Optional device We have developed a dip spin coater equipped with a semi-automatic reverse discharge device that makes it easy to retrieve parts after painting. This can be selected as an option (the left half of the photo shows the reverse discharge device). For unexpectedly heavy parts (such as bolts and nuts), the daily moving tasks place a significant burden on the workers. With this device, it is possible to automatically reverse (or manually reverse) the parts after processing with the push of a button onto a cart or similar.
