A hot air low-pressure painting system suitable for industrial coating. By operating continuously at 200V three-phase power, it reduces power consumption and allows the use of up to two spray guns thanks to the adoption of a high-capacity blower. With excellent low overspray performance (coating efficiency of approximately 90%: based on our test values), it significantly reduces overspray in the factory while greatly contributing to the reduction of VOCs and sludge emissions, despite being a spray painting method. Hot air low-pressure painting operates at a very low maximum pressure and uses airflow to atomize the paint. This system allows for stable film formation even on uneven shapes and in corners, unique to low-pressure painting, and the hot air effect shortens surface drying time, making it less prone to sagging even with thick coatings, resulting in a stable finish. The standard model features a handheld spray gun, but we also offer automatic spray guns compatible with robotic painting and line painting. Additionally, while the standard model is not explosion-proof, we can accommodate custom orders for pressure-resistant and safety explosion-proof specifications.
