Anti-Burning ● When casting with thin core pins without cooling, they show signs of burning after 50 shots, whereas using the Jet Cool System (Model: JECSS), the core pins show almost no burning even after 5000 shots of casting. Reduction of Core Pin Polishing Time ● Traditionally, core pins were polished more than once a day, but with the use of JECS, they can be cast for a month (over 5000 shots) without polishing. ● Reduction in Leakage Defect Rate - The rapid cooling of the area around the core pins forms a strong chill layer. ● Prevention of Shrinkage Cavity Formation around Core Pins ● Using JECSS allows for faster solidification around the core pins, pushing shrinkage cavities inward.
