High-speed jet frame spraying using oxygen and fuel.
◆◇◆ What is HVOF Thermal Spraying ◆◇◆ It stands for High Velocity Oxygen Fuel. It refers to thermal spraying using a high-speed jet flame created by oxygen and fuel. A mixture of high-pressure oxygen and fuel gas is burned in a combustion chamber. The combustion flame is constricted by a nozzle, and the moment it exits into the atmosphere, a rapid gas expansion occurs, resulting in a supersonic jet. The thermal spray material accelerated by high kinetic energy forms a high-density coating with minimal oxidation or compositional changes.

basic information
◆◇◆Features◆◇◆ ◆Achieves high-quality thermal spray coatings The high-density coatings produced by ultra-high-speed thermal spray equipment create high-quality coatings with low porosity. ◆Achieves high adhesion strength HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel) spraying achieves high tension and strong adhesion through high impact energy, creating dense coatings that were previously unimaginable with existing spraying methods, while maintaining uniform hardness from the first layer to the last, resulting in excellent strength. ◆Adoption of a new thermal conduction theory for powders Due to the ultra-high-speed spraying, the material is exposed to fire for a shorter time, resulting in minimal oxidation of the coating. Additionally, compared to plasma spraying or arc spraying, optimal powder melting temperatures are achieved, leading to superior coatings. ◆Excellent surface smoothness The characteristic of a smooth thermal spray coating allows for easy attainment of a mirror finish and also enables the realization of thick coatings. ◆Superior coatings compared to D-gun The JP-5000 thermal spray coating achieves higher combustion temperatures and pressures within the chamber compared to conventional D-gun (explosive spraying), and the powder flight speed is also increased, resulting in superior coatings.

Company information
Our company specializes in surface modification technologies that are not commonly heard of, such as "thermal spraying" and "ceramic laser engraving." Thermal spraying is one of the special techniques used across a range of industries, from low-tech sectors like kitchenware to high-tech industries such as aerospace. We were founded in 1950 with the aim of engine regeneration (engine boring) for automobiles and motorcycles, and we have consistently operated with the goal of being "the only one in a niche market" up to the present day.
