Thermal spraying using wire-shaped various metals.
◆◇◆ What is Wire Thermal Spraying ◆◇◆ It is a thermal spraying method that uses wire-shaped thermal spray materials. To control the temperature of the substrate being sprayed to within 150°C, thermal distortion and degradation of the substrate do not occur. Wire thermal spraying is also called low-temperature buildup spraying and allows for thick buildup. There are "arc spraying" and "wire flame spraying" systems.

basic information
◆◇◆Features◆◇◆ ◆No substrate restrictions Since there is no thermal impact, it can be sprayed onto any substrate. Depending on the substrate and shape, spraying is possible up to about 0.3 to 10 millimeters. For example, by spraying stainless steel on aluminum, bronze on carbon steel, or molybdenum on cast iron, various combinations can be made, resulting in economic benefits. ◆No restrictions on spraying materials As long as the wire material is compatible with the spray gun, it can be sprayed. Stainless steel, carbon steel, bronze, molybdenum, aluminum, nickel, copper, etc., can be freely selected based on purpose and application. ◆Improves anti-seizing and wear resistance The sprayed metal layer has microscopic pores, allowing it to retain oil and significantly improve lubrication. The metal particles sprayed undergo air hardening during spraying, resulting in higher hardness than the same metal, thus enhancing wear resistance. ◆Partial spraying is possible It allows for distortion-free processing that does not affect the substrate, such as remedial spraying for miscuts in finished products or regenerating worn areas.

Company information
Our company specializes in surface modification technologies that are not commonly heard of, such as "thermal spraying" and "ceramic laser engraving." Thermal spraying is one of the special techniques used across a range of industries, from low-tech sectors like kitchenware to high-tech industries such as aerospace. We were founded in 1950 with the aim of engine regeneration (engine boring) for automobiles and motorcycles, and we have consistently operated with the goal of being "the only one in a niche market" up to the present day.
