- It can accommodate all types of materials, from small to large quantities, including those with fillers. - The built-in auto cycle discharge (automatic intermittent discharge) prevents the mixing head from gelling (hardening), making it effective during lunch breaks and waiting times. - Equipped with a thermal control mechanism from the material tank to the mixing head, it allows for discharge operations with stable material viscosity. - The weighing system achieves stable mixing ratios through a 1 motor 2 gear pump method. Additionally, the discharge flow rate can be changed continuously by adjusting the rotation of the gear pump drive motor, without altering the mixing ratio. - The setting of the mixing ratio is done by combining the pump capacity (cc/revolution) and the number of teeth on the shaft gear. Furthermore, viscosity changes due to temperature do not cause any deviation in the mixing ratio due to variations in resistance within the piping.
