This device enables vacuum degassing, temperature control, weighing, mixing, and precise dispensing of two-component resins such as polyurethane, epoxy, and silicone. Our unique "No-Clean Disposable Power Mixer WL-501" eliminates the need for traditional solvent cleaning, making maintenance very simple and providing a mixer that is friendly to health and the environment. By equipping the dispensing nozzle and workpiece with a robot and incorporating various safety devices, you can further enhance productivity with this automated system. Each piece of equipment is designed and manufactured to be user-friendly, tailored to the customer's specifications regarding resin, workpiece, and dispensing method. 【Features】 ● A single device can perform vacuum degassing and temperature control for both the main agent and hardener, as well as automatic weighing and mixing at a specified mixing ratio, and precise dispensing. ● The use of a wear-resistant metering pump enables accurate measurement of materials containing fillers such as silica. ● The adoption of the "No-Clean Power Mixer WL-501" eliminates the need for cleaning the mixer (two-component mixing and dispensing section) with solvents (cleaning liquids). ● A liquid drip prevention valve suitable for the resin is employed. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.
