The mixing head (mixer nozzle) mounted on the XYZ robot automatically fills and applies resin to each workpiece on the automatically transported pallet. Filling points and amounts for each workpiece type can be set via a touch panel. This device enables vacuum degassing, temperature control, weighing, mixing, and precise dispensing of two-component resins such as urethane, epoxy, and silicone.
