Temposonics sensors are durable absolute linear scales that use magnetostrictive technology, designed to withstand harsh environments such as shock, vibration, and temperature. They offer high precision (0.5μm) and robustness (vibration resistance of 30G, IP68/69K, pressure resistance of 80MPa, CE compliant), along with a variety of interfaces. They are suitable for a wide range of applications, including waterproofing, long-length measurement, multi-position simultaneous measurement, and explosion-proof applications, particularly in areas where high-precision and real-time position measurement is required, such as press operations, tie bar strain detection, die cushion control, slide position adjustment, motor feedback, and hydraulic cylinder position detection.
