Contracted services for tensile testing, compression testing, and bending testing.
Material property testing machine > Mechanical property testing machine > Tensile and compression testing machine
We evaluate the strength of various materials and products using a tensile and compression testing machine.
This equipment will evaluate the "strength," one of the "mechanical properties," of materials such as metals, plastics, and ceramics, as well as products and parts like die-cast items and resin-molded products. "Mechanical properties" refer to the inherent characteristics of materials that determine their durability against external forces such as tension, compression, and shear, and are important indicators for assessing the ease of processing materials and the durability of the finished products. We can accommodate tests in accordance with standards, and even for non-standard testing methods or specimen shapes, we can provide flexible support by creating jigs and processing specimens according to the specific requirements.

basic information
【Wide Range of Test Loads from Low to High】 With a maximum load of 300 kN (approximately 30 tons), we offer load cells ranging from 1 kN to 300 kN (with values in increments of 1/1000), allowing for a wide range of tests from low-load samples to high-load samples. 【Covering a Wide Temperature Range】 By combining a constant temperature chamber and an atmospheric furnace, we can conduct tensile tests not only at room temperature but also in temperature environments ranging from low to high temperatures (-150°C to 1100°C). ● High-Temperature Atmospheric Furnace 300°C to 1100°C ● High-Temperature and Low-Temperature Constant Temperature Chamber -150°C to 320°C 【Flexible Response to Non-Standard Tests】 Even if the shape, size, or testing methods and conditions of the test specimens are non-standard, we can provide flexible support for conducting tests through the design and fabrication of fixtures and processing of test specimens. It is also possible to evaluate products by attaching strain gauges (up to 50 channels) and conducting tensile and compression tests. 【Support for a Variety of Materials and Shapes of Test Specimens】 We can conduct tensile tests on a wide variety of test specimens, including materials such as metals, plastics, rubber, ceramics, FRP, and CFRP, and shapes such as plates, round bars, films, and wires.

Company information
Our main business is providing technical services to evaluate the reliability of developed products. We not only provide evaluation data in accordance with standards and regulations, but also propose optimal methods, conditions, and equipment for evaluation purposes, as well as design and manufacture original equipment and jigs for non-standard evaluations. Additionally, we handle three evaluation techniques—measurement, testing, and analysis—comprehensively, allowing us to offer complex services that span diverse equipment and suggest more multifaceted evaluation methods.
