We possess a combined cycle testing machine that applies cycle loads (salt spray, drying, and wetting) similar to natural environments to evaluate corrosion resistance.

This equipment is capable of conducting salt spray combined cycle tests to evaluate the corrosion resistance of metals and surface treatments. Simulations that promote atmospheric corrosion can be performed. By freely combining corrosion cycles such as salt spray, high humidity, low humidity, and drying, various corrosion promotion tests can be accommodated. The test subjects are metal materials or surface-treated products such as plating and coatings, and the occurrence of corrosion, rust, discoloration, peeling, and blistering will be investigated.
