We provide various evaluations and on-site services for large measurement objects that are difficult to move using portable three-dimensional measuring instruments.
The portable three-dimensional measuring machine consists of a movable multi-joint arm, and by attaching a laser line probe, it can be used as a laser scanner for measurements. Since this equipment is an independent multi-joint arm, it can be used not only on a flat surface but also in various locations without restrictions on measurement size, weight, or location, making it suitable for on-site measurements. Additionally, it supports both contact and non-contact (laser scanning) measurements, allowing it to be used for inspecting complex-shaped parts, mold inspections, comparing and verifying CAD data, and reverse engineering, among other applications.

【Measurement Range: Sphere Diameter 3.7m】 The measurement range corresponds to a size with a sphere diameter of 3.7m. By installing dedicated cones, the measurement device can be moved to continue measurements, allowing for sizes larger than 3.7m to be accommodated. 【On-Site Measurement】 We offer on-site measurement by bringing the measurement device to the specified location. We have a wide variety of mounts available, enabling us to accommodate locations where measurements were previously impossible due to environmental conditions, as well as large and heavy measurement objects. 【Laser Scan Measurement】 Laser line probe scanning measurement differs from evaluation based on sparse data from single point measurements, allowing for the measurement and evaluation of the entire shape of the measured item. Additionally, by using various comparison software, we can provide outputs that clearly express distortions and shape errors of the measured items. 【Comparison with CAD Data】 It is possible to import 3D model data (e.g., IGES model) and perform online comparison and verification measurements. 【Reverse Engineering】 For measured items without drawings, it is possible to process measurement data into point clouds, convert them into polygons, create surfaces, and then output CAD data.
