We will conduct non-contact two-dimensional measurement and evaluation of small components and thin film products.
This service conducts non-contact two-dimensional measurements using an image measuring machine and an image measuring probe. The image measuring machine (NEXIV) utilizes lasers to perform non-contact height measurements, contour shape (tracing) measurements, program automatic measurements, multi-point measurements, and various evaluations. The image measuring probe (QVP) is attached to the probe head of a three-dimensional measuring machine, enabling non-contact two-dimensional image measurements of large printed materials and film-like products that cannot be measured with a standard image measuring machine.

【Multiple Measurements in a Short Time】 We can accommodate a large number of measurements. By creating a program using "offline teaching," which allows us to instruct measurement procedures from drawings (or processing) data, we can perform automatic measurements. This enables us to respond quickly even when conducting numerous measurements on the same item. 【High-Precision Measurement (※NEXIV)】 With TTL laser autofocus, we can measure the height of products non-contact and with high precision. 【Contour Measurement (※NEXIV)】 The measurement function that "follows" the product allows us to quantify and visualize contours and free curves that cannot be evaluated with dimension lines. Additionally, based on the output shape data, we can perform comparison evaluations with two-dimensional CAD data and conduct simple measurements. 【Measurement of Large Sizes and Heavy Objects (※QVP)】 The measurable size and weight depend on the specifications of the three-dimensional measuring machine, with measurements possible for sizes up to X900×Y1600×Z300 (mm) and weights up to 200 kg.
