- This is a gear oven (forced circulation air heating aging test machine) used to evaluate the thermal stability and heat aging resistance of polymer materials such as plastics and rubber, as well as electric wires, through heated air. - After heating the test specimens at a specified temperature for a specified time while forcing air circulation, tensile strength, elongation at break, tensile stress, hardness, and other properties are measured to determine the changes compared to before heating. It is also used for heating tests of insulated wires. - The air replacement rate is based on the power consumption method. [SHF-S Type] Equipped with a touch panel for measuring and displaying the air replacement rate. The opening degree of the intake and exhaust dampers is manually set. [SHF-SA Type] Equipped with an automatic adjustment function for the air replacement rate via a touch panel.
