Our company was established as a "Corporation" on March 3, 1900, in Otsu City, with the purpose of manufacturing and selling various measuring instruments, as well as managing related businesses, having received a license from the then Ministry of Agriculture and Commerce (now the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).
