The highly sterilizing "SalaFine Water" is effective not only for disinfecting food ingredients, cooking utensils, and manufacturing equipment but also for virus prevention. It excels in safety and ease of operation, allowing for convenient use similar to tap water. Using unique pH control technology, it manages sodium hypochlorite water to a weakly acidic state. By lowering the chlorine concentration, it prevents chlorine odor and preserves the freshness and nutrients of food ingredients, demonstrating a production capacity of Max. 2400L/h. It also accommodates advanced operations. The new mixing method (reactor) prevents the generation of chlorine gas. Additionally, it constantly checks whether both liquids are being injected correctly.
