Creating vacuum capsules from metal foil using seam welding methods. Easily weld-seal SUS capsules of 0.1mm thickness. Unlike conventional types, this new design features a compact size with a cap over the seam welding head, eliminating the need for a large vacuum container. The basic seam welding machine is the STK-10H type. 【Materials that can be seam welded】 1. General carbon steel (excluding plated materials) * Individual conditions are required depending on the type and thickness of the plating. 2. Titanium 3. Nickel alloy (such as 42 alloy and Amber Invar) 4. Copper foil 5. Stainless steel 6. Tantalum + 42 alloy 7. Wire mesh and sintered mesh damping steel plates made from SUS materials * The ability to weld varies depending on the composition and manufacturing method of the materials. * The above are general materials, and there are various types of materials that require verification each time.
