Our Adfox XT series can be tested at frequencies and voltages close to the actual operating circuits of the products. The latest XT-330 can apply a continuous sine wave of 10kVrms at 100kHz, and it can be used for non-destructive testing that instantly stops when corona discharge (partial discharge) is detected, as well as durability testing that takes advantage of high output. Additionally, measurement results can be aggregated on a PC.
