High-frequency, high-voltage partial discharge and corona discharge can cause insulation breakdown. The wide lineup of the XT series contributes to quality improvement.
Our Adfox XT series can be tested at frequencies and voltages close to the actual operating circuits of the products. The latest XT-330 can apply a continuous sine wave of 10kVrms at 100kHz, and it can be used for non-destructive testing that instantly stops when corona discharge (partial discharge) is detected, as well as durability testing that takes advantage of high output. Additionally, measurement results can be aggregated on a PC. Adfox Co., Ltd. is a Japanese manufacturer located in Ome City, Tokyo, and our products range from corona testers, sound collectors (hearing aids), to binaural microphones.
