Continuous sine wave application method
A partial discharge and corona discharge testing machine that generates an arbitrary frequency (30k to 80kHz) and an arbitrary voltage (0 to 5kVrms, No Load) at the HV terminal to inspect for the presence of partial discharge, corona discharge, and spark discharge in the object being tested.

basic information
【Features】 ■ 30kHz to 80kHz, 0 to 5kVrms Drive current 5A, output inductance 300mH ■ Capable of accurately detecting partial discharge and corona discharge, which have been difficult to detect until now ■ Contributes to improving product reliability ■ If there are issues such as coil entanglement, section skipping (wound with other sections), or wire entrapment (pieces of cut wire entangled), partial discharge and corona discharge can occur even at low voltages, allowing this device to determine non-conformance ■ Capable of inspecting partial discharge and corona discharge within high voltage power supply circuits □ For other functions and details, please contact us.

Our Adfox XT series can be tested at frequencies and voltages close to the actual operating circuits of the products. The latest XT-330 can apply a continuous sine wave of 10kVrms at 100kHz, and it can be used for non-destructive testing that instantly stops when corona discharge (partial discharge) is detected, as well as durability testing that takes advantage of high output. Additionally, measurement results can be aggregated on a PC. Adfox Co., Ltd. is a Japanese manufacturer located in Ome City, Tokyo, and our products range from corona testers, sound collectors (hearing aids), to binaural microphones. We also offer OEM products, so please feel free to consult with us.
