【Features】 ■ By applying a sine wave of any frequency (30k to 80kHz) with the required voltage (0 to 40Vrms) and current (0 to 5Arms) to the primary side of a high-voltage generation transformer, high voltage (0 to 5kVrms) is generated on the secondary side. This allows for the high-speed measurement of partial discharge, corona discharge, and spark discharge, enabling pass/fail judgment against the set conditions. ■ Accurate detection of partial discharge and corona discharge, which have been difficult to detect until now. ■ Contributes to improving product reliability. ■ If there are issues such as winding entanglement, section skipping (wound with other sections), or inclusion of scrap wire (pieces of cut wire), partial discharge and corona discharge can occur even at the specified voltage, leading to a judgment of failure. □ For other functions and details, please contact us.
