CPU-equipped board JTAG function tester
With the emergence of ScanExpress JET (JTAG Emulation Test), the automatic testing methods for CPU-equipped boards will change dramatically. The test components include non-JTAG compatible parts, analog components, and I/O parts. Furthermore, full-speed (at-speed) functional testing can be performed without adding additional circuits or firmware to the target CPU-equipped board. By combining functional testing with JET and conventional BST (Boundary Scan Test), a significant improvement in test coverage can be expected. To use JET, a program development station and specific CPU test execution software are required.
