It can also be used for observation with phase contrast, differential interference, and polarized microscopes. When mounted using the dedicated mounting plate included with the mechanical stage, it allows for observation while moving in the X-Y direction. [Temperature Control Section] It adopts PID control as standard to achieve ideal temperature control, resulting in fast startup and high stability against disturbances. Additionally, it suppresses overshoot and maintains accurate and stable temperature control at all times.
