The quartz glass tube immersion heater is an ideal heater for heating chemical solutions, as it is covered with a quartz glass tube on the outside. It prevents metal leaching contamination from the heater wire when heating solutions, allowing for extremely high purity and clean heating. Additionally, due to its heat resistance characteristics of up to 1000°C, it can achieve higher output and high-temperature designs than any other heater.

◆Double Tube Type◆ By using a double structure for the quartz tube that comes into contact with the liquid, it prevents metal leaching contamination even if the outer quartz tube is damaged. ◆Single Tube Type◆ For applications where the chemical resistance of quartz glass is high and damage is minimal, there is also a cost-effective standard single tube type available. ~Options~ ◇Crack Detection Device◇ The double tube heater can stop heating and issue an abnormality alarm using an inner tube crack detector in case of pinholes or damage to the outer quartz glass tube.
