It can accommodate observations using phase contrast, differential interference, and polarized light microscopy. It allows for heating of samples over almost the entire surface of the microscope stage, making it easy to operate and exchange sample manipulators. [Temperature Control Section] It adopts PID control as standard to achieve ideal temperature control, resulting in fast startup and high stability against disturbances. Additionally, it suppresses overshoot and consistently provides accurate and stable temperature control.
