AAV004-02E is a current sensing device based on a linear bipolar GMR bridge sensor, featuring on-chip signal processing circuits for amplification, normalization, and temperature compensation. The current is detected by a GMR bridge positioned very close to the current strap. Its output is an analog rail-to-rail voltage signal proportional to the input current and supply voltage. This is a true isolated current sensor that can withstand line-to-line voltages up to 300V, with isolation achieved through a unique ceramic/polymer composite barrier, estimated to have a lifespan of 44,000 years. AAV003-10E features a GMR bridge sensor with extremely good linearity and very low hysteresis, along with a single on-chip current strap. The magnetic field generated by the current is detected by the GMR bridge sensor located near the on-chip current strap. To achieve accurate measurements, it utilizes a unique GMR material with bipolar output and low hysteresis. The four terminals of the bridge sensor can be used externally, outputting a bipolar voltage signal proportional to the current in the strap from the bridge's output terminals.
